 SHELTER

Shelter is not just structure—it is the first agreement between the body and the world.

It exists in every life, whether as necessity, memory, or dream. Without it, the elemental world intrudes, unfiltered, undoing the fragile conditions we depend on.

A palace, a lean-to, a cave shaped by wind—each one speaks of need, of identity, of place.

My work pursues the idea of shelter as something imagined rather than inhabited—a host for wandering thoughts, not daily routines. These are not buildings but thresholds between inner weather and outer space.
